Back to Cutting Weight

I will be limiting myself to having between one and two full meals a day during the next month to shed some extra pounds. I have been eating poorly since I lost thirty pounds last summer and have gained half of my weight back. I have been eating too much junk food, white starches and sugar the past few months. I will be focusing on eating real foods, fruits, vegetables, nuts and lean protein. Losing weight is a pain in the ass. I have been exercising moderately, nothing crazy just jogging and walking mostly, but I hope to get back into the gym routine soon.
