As I mentioned, Coach Corey Wayne has a great YouTube channel on dating and relationships.  And I also mentioned that he has a really good book called "How To Be A 3% Man, Winning the Heart of the Woman of Your Dreams."   The premise of the book is how to fix and maintain relationships.  I have read the book a couple of times and was blown away by the content.  I highly suggest getting the book if you are lacking in that department.  Among some of the items and principles in the book are:  the no-contact rule for break ups, what makes a masculine man. what women want in a man, basic communication protocol with women.  The book is geared more towards men but also can be very helpful for women, below is a link to purchase:
