At 208

Well, for the month of June my weight was fluctuating between 210 - 214 pounds. I have been trying to maintain a 2,000 calorie diet, with moderate exercise, but it seemed I was still stuck. So I have subtracted starches from my diet during the past couple of days and have broken through the 210 barrier. I have been drinking cokes and eating corn syrup base candy, but no ice cream nor starchy candies.

My goal is to get to 190 pounds, from there I might stop and maintain my weight or go further down depending on my appearance and health. This weight-loss stuff is a grind, but I am trying to find quicker ways to lose weight, there's got to be a way.
